The Ferrari 275 GT was, compared to its predecessor, the 250 model, a much more successful and sportier car. This was because of the new independent suspension and increased performance,

As revealed in the autumn of 1964 at the Paris Motor Show alongside the convertible GTS, one could clearly see the handwriting Pininfarina in the styling of the 275 GTB. An attractive hatchback with a truncated end, an elongated soft expiring front grille - typical for Ferrari. Everything is drawn with round shapes.


From 1965, the 275 GTB version was launched on the market. The B stands for Berlinette, a light travel coupe. Fitted with a 3268 cc V12 aluminium rear engine with 280 hp at 7000 rpm, it brings the aprox.1300 kg sports car to a top speed of 250 KM per hour. the engine accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h within 6.2 seconds

The driving comfort is always ensured. An Independent suspension with double wishbone suspension on all wheels and a transaxle gearbox at the rear wheel drive guarantees an optimized road handling and driving safety. Safty disc brakes bring the car to a halt on all 4 wheels.
The accented body form sits on a tubular steel frame. As a default setting, the 275 GT cars are fitted with Campagnolo wheels. The model shown here has Borrani-spoke wheels. The beautifull shaped car has been successfully been formed by Scaglietti. The interior is spacious and equipped with comfortable bucket seats in leather. The Ferrari 275 GTB is over the long haul a comfortable Tour sprinter. The "Sports Car International Magazine" elected the 275 GTB to the top 10 sports cars of the 60s.
